With d-c-fix® you don’t have to spend a fortune on it but can quickly and easily give your old furniture a personal touch. Apart from d-c-fix® adhesive film, all you need is your creativity.

With just a few tricks you can redesign furniture super easy! For example, simply give your old chest of drawers a makeover and you’ll feel like you own a new piece of furniture. There are no limits to your creativity with d-c-fix®. Be crazy and use bright colours. Or opt for colours that are in vogue now. We promise you that your next visitors will admire your new piece of furniture!

You will need…

ne roll of d-c-fix® Uni Lack Petrol
One roll of d-c-fix® glossy Gold
Processing set d-c-fix® with squeegee and cutter
Pencil

Scissors
Measuring tape
Glass

Let’s go

Step 1

First remove the drawers from the chest of drawers and measure the front of the drawers. Note the measurements on the back of your d-c-fix® adhesive film.

Step 2

Now cut two matching pieces from the Petrol Adhesive Film, remove the backing paper and place the film on the edge of the front. Use the squeegee to apply the adhesive film.

Step 3

Repeat step 2 with the golden adhesive foil. Your dresser has three drawers? Then all you need is a piece of the gold bonding sheet.

Step 4

Cut off remaining film at the edge with the cutter.

Step 5

Draw circles on the back of the golden d-c-fix® film using a glass. Fold the circle in half and mark the center on the opposite side.

Step 6

Place the glass on the marks of the drawn circle and draw the overlap. Repeat this on the other side and cut it off with the cutter.

Step 7

Stick the new shape as a scale pattern on the golden adhesive foil and paint everything well. And ready is your “new” piece of furniture in the trendy petrol-gold mix.
