Your unique clock in a few simple steps

You will need…

  • A roll of plain paint d-c-fix®, mint
  • A roll of plain paint d-c-fix®, light grey
  • A d-c-fix® application kit containing a smoother and a cutting knife

  • A wall clock
  • A pencil
  • A tape measure

Let’s go

Step 1

Unscrew the hands and remove the clock mechanism behind the face.

Step 2

Use your pencil to draw triangles, circles or narrow rectangles on the backing paper of the adhesive films.

Step 3

Then, cut out the shapes.

Step 4

Peel off the backing paper and smooth the films onto the clock using the smoother.

Step 5

Guide the cutting knife along the edge of the face and remove the excess film.

Step 6

Refasten the clock mechanism and hands.

EXPERT ADVICE

If you have accidentally stuck film over the opening in the middle, you can pierce it with a pencil or a thick needle. You can then easily reattach the clock mechanism.
