In no time at all, you can stick round placemats made of blackboard film on your table and leave behind kind messages, names or drawings in chalk. After the meal, you can wipe them off very easily with a little water and start writing again.

You will need…

  • One roll of blackboard film
  • d-c-fix® Handcrafting kit with smoothing blade and cutter knife

  • Scissors
  • Pencil

Let’s go

Step 1

Draw a round shape a little large than a dinner place on the backing paper of the blackboard film, and cut the circle out.

Step 2

Peel off the backing paper and place the adhesive film where you want it on your dining table.

Step 3

Press down the film, stroking with the smoothing blade.

Step 4

Write a nice message on the blackboard film, inscribe the person’s name or make a small drawing.

You’re done!
